At Lighthouse Mental Health we promote professional, non-judgmental and ethical conversations about mental health over a number of sessions between a client and a trained psychologist to deal with various issues that would help a person in functioning at their best capacity.

Chaitali Ipar is a mental health professional with a Masters degree in Applied Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Chaitali is an empathetic, non-judgmental and ethical mental health professional with more than 5 years of experience of working with various age groups and their problems in mental health.



Creating therapeutic spaces based on trust and empathy to work with a range of mental health ailments pertaining to one’s work, relationships, intrapersonal issues. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and other issues.



Conducting interventions in educational institutions such as schools and colleges which may require training and mentorship of teachers in mental health first aid and holding workshops for students over themes for mental wellbeing associated with academics, exams and career goals.


 Facilitating workshops on areas important for efficient and smooth functioning of organisations on topics such as leadership, communication, conflict resolution as well as to build safe, stress-free and healthy workspaces for employees.
